If you are in possession of an unexpired Country Charm Fabrics gift certificate, please follow the instructions below:

1.  Please send the gift certificate back to the following address to begin the process of reimbursement of any    

    remaining balance:

2.  Along with the gift certificate, customer must include: 

• Their name 
• Their mailing address 
• Their email address
• Their telephone number

                   *This information is essential for Country Charm Fabrics to process the reimbursement accurately.

3.  Gift certificate must be in its original, unaltered state. Photocopying, electronic manipulation, manual 

     manipulation, forgery are strictly prohibited. Any additional changes, whether electronic or manual, will invalidate 

     the certificate. Lost, stolen, damaged or expired gift certificates will be considered void. Any condition that raises 

     doubts about the certificate’s validity will result in it being deemed void. Country Charm Fabrics reserves the right 

     to refuse reimbursement for any gift certificate that violates these terms. The right of refusal includes, but is not      

     limited to, the above parameters.

4.  Reimbursement requests must be postmarked on or before April 30, 2025. Any requests postmarked after this 

     date will be denied, and the remaining value of the gift certificate will be forfeited. Country Charm Fabrics 

      will only respond to reimbursement requests via US Mail.

5.  Postage will not be reimbursed.

6.  Country Charm Fabrics aims to complete all valid reimbursements by June 30, 2025. Once the reimbursement is 

     mailed via USPS, Country Charm Fabrics is no longer responsible for loss, theft, or damage during transit.

7.  If you are aware of someone who is in possession of a valid gift certificate, please direct them to our website,
